Allocations
Pick an employee, then assign candidates. The same candidate can be assigned to three or more employees; adding another employee keeps existing assignments.
Owners and admins automatically cover all active candidates, including profiles assigned to other employees. No separate assignment is needed. Candidate mail permission and connected-mailbox requirements still apply.
