A private career operating system

One place for your next move.

Keep your strategy, evidence, documents, applications and interview preparation together. The Workspace is designed to show what matters today, not to become another noisy feed.

The live demo is a demonstration with sample data. It is not a live candidate account.

Built for focused progress

A quiet view of the work that matters.

The Workspace is private to you and the authorised people supporting your programme. It is built around decisions and next actions, not activity for its own sake.

  • Candidate-owned information, with visibility and consent choices that are clear.
  • Practical career tools that link evidence to applications and interview preparation.
  • Access to programme features when you are enrolled or a consultant has granted access.

What is inside

Your career work, arranged around its purpose.

Each area is there to help you make a better decision or take a better next action.

Today

Your highest-value action, progress through the journey, up to three next actions, upcoming dates and selected opportunities.

My Profile

Your contact details, professional summary, experience, education, credentials, skills, preferences and approved documents.

Career Storyboard

A private, editable timeline of the experiences, learning and transitions that make up your professional story.

Evidence Bank

Reusable proof of strengths: the situation, action and outcome behind the statements you make in an application or interview.

Job Matrix

Your chosen roles, sectors, company types and priorities, linked to the evidence and learning that support each direction.

Job Tracker

Applications, contacts, stages, documents and next actions in a single organised record.

Opportunities

Roles you have saved yourself or that a consultant has selected for you, with a clear source and a reason they may fit.

Interview Studio

Role-specific questions, STAR practice, research prompts, preparation notes and reflective follow-up.

Learning Plan

A concise set of learning priorities tied to your targets, not an overwhelming training catalogue.

Notifications

Important changes, deadlines, consultant messages and privacy/security alerts. You choose your operational email and in-app preferences.

Settings & privacy

Account security, consent records, document retention controls, connected email status, export, deletion and marketing choices.

Job Tracker

Every application has a stage and a next action.

Track the work with enough detail to stay organised, but without pretending that a pipeline can predict an outcome.

Application pipeline

  1. Saved
  2. Preparing
  3. Applied
  4. Confirmation received
  5. Shortlisted
  6. Recruiter screening
  7. Interview 1
  8. Interview 2
  9. Final interview
  10. Offer received
  11. Offer accepted

A record can also be closed as not selected, withdrawn, paused or expired. Your notes and your consultant’s restricted notes are kept distinct.

Connected email updates

Updates proposed, never imposed.

This is a planned, phased feature. It is not live yet.

01

Choose to connect

You connect Gmail or Outlook through the provider’s official permission screen. Gael Talent Bridge will never ask for your email password.

02

See a proposed update

For permitted job-search messages, the system may propose a structured tracker update such as an interview invitation or confirmation.

03

Approve, edit or dismiss

Nothing changes in your Job Tracker until you approve it. The system will not auto-send, auto-reply, auto-apply or change an application stage on its own.

Any future release is subject to privacy, security and legal review, narrow permissions, audit records and a clear disconnect and deletion path.

Data control commitments

Your information supports your work. It is not a commodity.

You control visibility

Storyboard entries can be private to you, shared with an assigned consultant, or approved for use in career drafts. Employers do not see your private workspace by default.

You review every output

Drafts and suggestions are there to help. You approve what is copied into a CV, LinkedIn profile, application or shared material.

You can act on your rights

Settings provide routes to correct information, manage consents, request an export or deletion, and control optional marketing communications.
